- Convenient, right next to Matsuyama train station, walking distance to Matsuyama Castle, easily access Dogo Onsen Hot-spring by tram - Many restaurants nearby. The Indian restaurant across the street was delicious. Convenience store located next to the hotel. - The switch to turn off the main room light is not on the wall or near the bed. It’s controlled by a remote control.

Very easy to get to with a JR train station and a tram station adjacent. There was an excellent spa and sauna place over the road.

This would be very classical Japanese 1980s business hotel. It has few quirks, for example you leave key at reception when going out and you get a pajama shirt and origami bird for each night ... But location is conveniently right at the station, breakfasts are good and staff very polite and helpful.

Good location, good shower water pressure and clean bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room temperature was easily to control and it was well ventilated.

Staff, location and cleanliness were 100%! Couldn't ask for more, had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it. Grateful for the discount to the super sento (bath) across the road too.

Location was excellent, right next to the station and the tram line, no 5 for the castle and dogo onsen. Our room was a twin bed corner room, quite large by Japanese standards. Breakfast was a mainly Japanese style. Good value.

Closest hotel to jr Matsuyama station. Used coin laundry 2nd floor. Breakfast typical hotel breakfast but only 950yen if prepay day before. Convenient as streetcar right in front of hotel.

Location was amazing, just right outside the JR station! Easy to commute to and fro other cities / parts of Matsuyama. Staff was also fluent in English which helped a lot with the check-in processes.

close to railway station and a supermarket up the road. Also great Chinese restaurant that had plain veggie dishes two doors up. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to check our back packs until 3pm

Close to train station and tram stop. You can order amenities at the desk. There were helmets in the room in case of earthquake. A little bit bigger bathtub.
